Job Summary:

The Business Development Director is responsible for new business development and revenue from new clients, as well as maintaining current business relationships with existing clients. To increasing the revenue of Pharmadule and Morimatsu’s product line-Modular Clean facility, process equipment, skids, modules, and engineering service into the designated industries within the North America

Job Responsibilities:

· Identifying and developing new business opportunities,

· Developing business with key clients, building and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; as well as maintaining current business relationships with existing clients. These relationships should be acquired by direct sales and customer relationship management.

· In addition, the director will develop sales strategy, methodology, and tools to capture large scale projects and long term maintenance agreements; propose and develop new strategic partnerships, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

· This position requires establishing continued contacts with new prospects, coordinating contacts between sales team and proposed clients, and serving as the principal client contact when necessary.

· Collaborate with business development team, sales team in headquater, engage in all types of pursuits with new and existing customers, any of which may be the entry point into an account. These pursuits may include: Enter the clients’ approved supplier or vendor list, get the inquiries, achieve order intake; Arrange varies meetings with prospective clients, prepare and present technical and sales presentation,

· Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing.

· Ensures clear communication and hand-off to the project management team,

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS REQUIRED:

· 5+ years’ experience in industry in any one of the following positions: sales, marketing, project management, consultant

· Deep understanding of industries in Pharmaceutical, bio-pharma and Food&drug industries

· Understanding of complex bidding

· Ability to maintain professional personal presentation in both written and verbal communication

· Must have excellent analytical skills to understand market dynamics, determine appropriate strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

· Must be able to work with people at all levels of management within both internal and external customer arenas

· Proven negotiation skills

· Bachelor degree in architecture, mechanical, process engineering etc.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
